Clare Roberts Fine Art Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing Times:

Clare Roberts Fine Art (we) aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days – we do not ship orders on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

UK Shipping

All UK shipping is free of charge and sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on size.

International Shipping (outside of the UK)

International Shipping will be calculated at checkout on the website and will be dependent on the size and value of your order. We ship internationally via Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on size.

ANY AND ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND/OR TAXES CHARGED IN THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION ARE PAYABLE BY THE BUYER. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY SUCH COSTS BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS WHERE YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY THESE CHARGES.

If we become aware following your purchase and before shipping that issues arise preventing us from shipping to the country of destination we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.

Shipping provisions for UK and International Deliveries:

Clare Roberts Fine Art cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping as this is not within our control. Please advise us where there is a delay in delivery so that we can contact our shipping provider and advise you accordingly.

We do not ship orders to PO Box addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, non-collection or issues with clarity of address we may refund the cost of your purchase (less shipping costs) if the item(s) are returned back to us in a suitable condition for resale.

If our shipping provider returns your order because they were unable to deliver to your country for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational circumstances we will offer you a refund of the cost of your purchase (less shipping costs).

Loss or damage:

In the event that your purchased item(s) are received damaged, please notify Clare Roberts Fine Art by email at hello@clarerobertsfineart.com within 24 hours of attempted delivery. Please do not accept delivery of a damaged item as this may affect our ability to claim compensation from our shipping provider. Once our claim for damage has been concluded we will arrange to send you a replacement or a refund of the cost of your purchase (less shipping costs).

Returns:

If you wish to return an item(s) you must advise Clare Roberts Fine Art by email at hello@clarerobertsfineart.com within 14 days of delivery of your item(s). We will then respond to your email to advise you to return the item(s) which must then be shipped within 5 days of our email to you.

Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We cannot issue refunds where items are received damaged as a result of inadequate return packing.

We will aim to issue you with a refund within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) but we are reliant on third party payment processing companies and cannot be specific about how long they will take to process your refund.
